The focus shifted toward improving accountability, reducing administrative overhead, and modernizing the member experience.
As gyms increasingly focused on retention and growth, Kaayu expanded beyond operations into sales and customer relationship management. New CRM and sales tools were added to help gym owners manage leads, improve follow-up processes, and increase membership conversion efficiency.
Digital payments, enhanced privacy protections, and advanced data security systems were introduced as Kaayu prepared for broader regional growth. By mid-2026, the platform had taken major steps toward compliance with regional business and data protection regulations, laying the foundation for expansion across Southeast Asia and other international markets.
