Existing member data can usually be imported from CSV in under 30 minutes, and onboarding support is included at no additional cost.
Yes — qualified gym businesses can access a 7-day free trial using a verified business email address. The trial includes full access to the platform's core management features so you can properly evaluate the system before subscribing.
