GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph and cards. At the front desk, on your website and on automatic renewal, through Xendit or PayMongo. Kaayu adds nothing on top of your provider's rate.
A member can pay a membership, a day pass, a PT package or a protein shake with GCash, Maya or GrabPay, and the sale lands on their member record like any card payment. No screenshots to check, no manual entry, no "come back tomorrow".
The same methods work on your online store and for automatic monthly renewals, so the member who joined with GCash keeps paying with GCash.
Three steps, no phone-screenshot checking. The register confirms the payment itself.
Staff add the items to the register and tap QR Ph. A code appears on the tablet with a live countdown.
GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Landbank, any QR Ph participant. Whatever is already on their phone.
The sale closes, the receipt prints or emails, and the next customer steps up. Staff can cancel a pending code if the member changes their mind.
Designed for the 6pm queue, not a quiet demo.
The member authorises once. The membership renews on schedule, the receipt goes out by email, and nobody chases anyone. Every renewal you remove from the front desk is a decision point you remove from the member.
If a renewal fails, the member is flagged at the door until it clears, so an expired membership never walks in unnoticed.
Kaayu connects to three. You run one at a time, and every method it supports works everywhere in the system.

Switching providers later is a settings change, not a migration. Each provider publishes its own per-transaction rates; Kaayu does not mark them up.
Kaayu is a flat monthly plan in pesos. Your provider charges its published per-transaction rate. That is the whole bill.

Record it as an offline payment against the same invoice and the same member. Reports stay whole whether the member paid by GCash at the desk, by card online, or by handing over cash.
Embed the store on your own site or use the hosted storefront. The buyer picks a plan, verifies their email, signs your agreement on screen and pays with any method your provider supports. Account, invoice, signed contract and membership are created together the moment payment confirms. More on billing.
No. You pay your payment provider's published per-transaction rate. Kaayu adds nothing on top.
Not for in-app payments. A manual GCash transfer can still be recorded as an offline payment on the member's invoice. Opening a Xendit or PayMongo account takes a few days; we can walk you through it.
Yes for paying. Any app that participates in QR Ph can scan the code on the register, including BDO, Metrobank, BPI, UnionBank, Landbank, GCash and Maya.
Any bank or wallet app that participates in QR Ph can scan the code at the front desk. Paying straight from a bank account online depends on your provider and the bank; not every bank is supported. Contact us for the current list.
